The Thankamma Ithapiri Memorial Trust (TIMT) was created for the purpose of making medical care available to the needy in the form of hospitals, clinics, hospices, and diagnostic facilities. Its primary objectives include providing medical relief and improving the living conditions of the poor, destitute, downtrodden and weaker sections of society. It also aims at providing palliative treatment and care for those who are terminally ill. Towards the fulfillment of these objectives, the Mission Healthcare Network (MHN) was formed.
