Dr. Yohannan John is an MD in Anaesthesiology and has worked as consultant anaesthesiologist at several leading hospitals across India and overseas. He was the CEO and Chief Anaesthesiologist of Sparsh Group of Hospitals, having been with them from inception. He has been a national governing council member of the Indian Association of Paediatric Anaesthesiologists, Research Society of Anaesthesia and Clinical Pharmacology, and All India Difficult Airways Association. He is also a NABH Assessor and has been awarded Aryabhata International Award for outstanding contribution in the field of medicine. Dr. John is the CEO of the Mission Healthcare Network and brings a deep grassroots-level understanding of the working of hospitals. He will oversee the execution of projects under the trust.

Ninal Joseph is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has over 10 years of post-qualification experience, being associated with consulting firms including KPMG and EY in their auditing, consulting and accounting space at senior managerial roles. During this tenure, his consulting expertise and involvement included clients in healthcare, FMCG/manufacturing, real estate, IT/ITES sectors and e-commerce start-up industries, among others. Ninal will oversee the financial and other operational matters of the projects under the trust.
