Dr. Alexander Thomas is an orthopaedic surgeon by profession. He worked at the Bangalore Baptist Hospital from 1986 onwards and retired as the Director and CEO of Bangalore Baptist Hospital in 2014, after having served the hospital in many capacities.
He completed his medical training at CMC, Vellore. He also holds a PG Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics from the National Law School, and an M.Phil. in Medical and Hospital Systems from BITS Pilani. He is currently the president of the Association of Healthcare Providers India (AHPI).
